Was wir bauen

wailand entwickelt eine KI-Plattform, die die Variantenentstehung im Maschinenbau automatisiert, von der Kundenanfrage über die Konstruktion bis zur Arbeitsvorbereitung.

Die Plattform setzt auf bestehende CAD-, PLM- und ERP-Systeme auf und führt das darin verteilte Produktwissen in einem Knowledge Graph zusammen. Auf dieser Grundlage übernehmen KI-Agents Engineering-Aufgaben, die bisher Handarbeit waren: ähnliche Teile finden, Varianten ableiten, Angebote und Arbeitspläne erstellen. Die Entscheidung bleibt beim Konstrukteur.

Unser Ziel: Engineering radikal neu denken und die Industrie in Europa technologisch stärken.
